When I opened the file cabinet earlier this year and saw the date on the first folder: January 2012, it wasn't hard to do the math. But I was surprised what the math meant. The past few years have felt so different with the pandemic and my new building. Could it really be 10 years since I bought my first press?! Yes, the answer is yes.
I knew the beginning of the year was too busy to plan a celebration, but September, the most beautiful month in Wyoming, seemed do-able.

So...We've got lots of fun planned for September 17th.
​
Guest Climate Activist and Designer Lisa Hueneke will present her first Cause for Alarm Collection, printed on upcycled tees. Lisa is a previous resident of Lander and a previous Director of the Lander Art Center. Proceeds from this project will go to the Lander Climate Action Network.
​
Emily Felsheim, local photographer, will promote her photography business with a fun photo booth.
​
We'll be giving away free Mystery Bags filled with random t-shirt samples and old prints. Select your size, no returns!
​
We'll be supporting live music with the Dystopians--Raine Lesher, Adam Kirkpatrick, Micah Wyatt, and Feike Van Dijk. Bring a chair.
​
The talented Noelle Weimann will be live-painting. Come early and stay to the end to see her artwork develop.
​
We will have a Social Activist print station set-up. $10 (BYOShirt) or $24 (shirt included)
​
Also, we'll be making Chain Link Fence Art and all are welcome to participate. We will have all the supplies and instructions.
​
You might want to check out the new Ceremonial Labyrinth green space or bring food for the Food Pantry.
​
And of course there will be food and drinks and new merchandise for shopping.
