This is intended to be a no-stress, simple opportunity for creatives to sell and profit.
 
All types of art and hand-made items are welcome, including (but not limited to) food, music, pottery, painting, woodworking, fiber arts, glass arts, design, illustration, printmaking, theater, photography, photo booths, upcycled art,  folk art, jewelry, and florists.
 
Local organizations or non-profits for informational and activity booths are also welcome. Activities are encouraged to support attendance of different ages and socio-economic groups.
 
The dates of the Al Fresco Art Market piggy-back on Snow Deep’s Screen-printing Saturdays (10:30-2:30) and parallel with the Lander Valley Farmer’s Market which is located at Main and 3rd Streets from 9-11:30 on Saturdays starting in June.
 
Here’s the deets:
Tents are suggested, but not required. Sandbags work well for weights on windy days.
The parking lot and courtyard will be mapped with 12x12 tent spots, first-come-first-serve. Please be courteous of other vendors. We are all successful when we are all successful!
Electricity is available, please notify Snow Deep ahead of time if needed.  This will affect where you (and others) can set up and is the only case where a space will be reserved.
The inside bathroom will be available for customers and vendors.
Just in case, bring sunscreen, water, snacks, bug spray, extension cords, clothespins, duck tape, scissors, string, sharpies, etc.
The market will not be cancelled due to bad weather, but individual vendors may send an email to info@snowdeepdesigns to cancel 24 hours prior for a full refund.
Bad weather is defined as below 40 degrees with moisture predicted or wind gusts above 35 MPH.
If the weather is below 40 degrees, we will set up propane heaters. A portable fire pit is also available, BYO firewood.
Snow Deep will provide outdoor trash cans
Snow Deep will provide marketing including: signage on easels, posters around town, social media events, social media posts, and Lander-Talk posts.Please share and add to this marketing effort through your own channels. We are all successful when we are all successful! Let your friends know!
Snow Deep will supply music over speakers unless a musician signs up.
